    On July 6, local time, on the occasion of the 59th Independence Day of Algeria’s nationwide celebration, the 10,000-unit housing project undertaken by China State Construction Algeria was delivered in advance. Algerian Prime Minister Eamon Benabdiram attended the handover ceremony. The project quality, quality and environment are highly praised. Government officials from Algiers Province and the National Housing Improvement and Development Department of Algiers attended the ceremony.


       During the event, the Prime Minister of Afghanistan unveiled the monument to the project handover ceremony, visited the model building, and issued occupancy permits and keys to several household representatives. He said: "The country will continue to attach importance to housing and is committed to helping people solve housing problems. The housing we visited today is of high quality, good quality, complete supporting facilities, and a good community environment. I hope everyone will love and maintain the community environment."


    The total construction area of ​​the AADL-20000 housing project is about 3.42 million square meters. The owner is the National Housing Improvement and Development Department. The total number of projects is 30,700. The design + construction implementation model is divided into 16 owner contracts, consisting of 18 plots and 26 It consists of a total subcontracting project of dicing, distributed in Algiers, Blida, Dalf, and Schi, up to four provinces.
